Generations Community Credit Union (GCCU) is committed to keeping our members’ financial and personal information secure and confidential. Member information will not be sold for any reason and remains confidential even after termination of membership.


Information is collected to provide members with requested services only. Information such as name, address, phone number, email address and social security number is collected upon applying for membership, a new account, or additional services. Credit and payment history information may be obtained when a member applies for a loan. Members will never be required by GCCU employees to provide their Online Member Access password information.


Financial information is disclosed within GCCU to provide competitive products and superior service. GCCU employees have limited access to select member information necessary to perform daily operations including, but not limited to:

  • transaction completion
  • account maintenance
  • additional service provisions, as requested by the member

Information is provided, on a limited basis, to external service providers that assist in delivering products to our membership. These service providers are required to agree, in writing, to confidentiality and privacy standards established by CCU.

Occasionally, GCCU may be required, by law, to disclose nonpublic personal information for governmental or judicial purposes.
